This book made me realise some mistakes that I made when I was vegetarian! Although now I am not 100% vegetarian I still prefer vegeterian foods, vegeterian cooking and vegeterian lifestyle as I don't really like meat nor meat industry. This time I want to make my transition smooth and also healthy. I have done lots of reading and research on how to get enough protein when you are vegeterian and this book definetely met my demands. Now I feel motivated to include more super foods like quinoa in my diet and I can also carry on with my fitness routine. I really loved the chapter explaining all about famous vegeterian sportsmen. Even if you are not vegetarian( like me at the moment) read this book as it will help you reduce meat and feel better in your body!Product details

Thank you for this book, enjoyed it a lot! It`s sometimes very hard for people to understand that you can get protein from other sources than meat. Not only that, but also how easy it can be done. Being currently eating an almost all plant based diet myself i love the fact that these books exist. Thank you -) The information here is solid, to the point and help you see that it`s easy to choose vegetarian, get all the amazing benefits that come along with that and yeah...
